Great product, would recommend.
Really good product, just what I needed after having surgery. I broke my upper arm in four places, needed surgery to fit metal plates and had really bad bruising/swelling to the arm/legs, this has helped immensely. It gets cold quickly and lasts, comfortable to wear and stays in place. I would recommend for after surgery swelling.

Excellent quality and covers a large area. Stayed cold for over an hour. Great value for money when considering the size and quality.

Good
Have used these for the last 4 weeks as diagnosed with shin splints in both legs and told to use cold compresses 3 times a day. These are really useful and comfortable and enabled me to walk around whilst using them. Can also be heated in the microwave so double use, very impressive.

Don't wrap conpletely around my leg, slip a bit
Sized with straps to accomodate any size leg with plenty of velcro stripping, however photo gives impression of a complete wrap.I am not that large a person and I did not have a full cover which I wanted..so they have been returned.Functionally, the system of attachment could be improved a bit to reduce slipping.Maybe great for some folks.

Fab for swollen knees or acute pain in patella
Needed this for a new condition where under the patella the tissue is quite inflamed, great product fits perfectly around the thigh and knee and could also use on arms and also back since the elastic is actually quite stretchy and the Velcro holds really well and can be adjusted so overall great value item considering the variety of uses. Freezes within 60 minutes can leave in the freezer for longer no condensation or leaking from inside and haven’t tried in the microwave yet but sure this will equally be as good. What’s also grey is that you can still walk around whilst wearing these and don’t need to be sat or lying down.

Great for a calf injury
These are a must if you have an injury! I tore my calf and used these for a week doing one cold in the freezer and one hot in the microwave and it massively helped me with my recovery!
