Comprehensive guide to Private Equity
Like how the book explains what Private equity(PE) is and how it works in simple terms. PE is a way to access wealth building opportunities not found in the traditional markets. The book explains that PE is something many people can get involved with, however, the minimum investment is $250,000. So it is not for everyone. Also, that PE investments on average are 10 year duration and the early years can see negative returns as the capital invested is used to purchase assets and manage those assets.A useful guide for anyone that has $250k or more they'd like to invest and looking for the next big thing. PE oftentimes is a way that new promising companies get their initial funding before becoming a household name. This soup to nuts guide can help anyone better understand the world of PE.
