This is great...fresh, blends beautifully with anything, and the fullness of the pumpkin really does make me sleepy and I use it at bedtime. What great , clean, protein that is processed without harmful extaction methods. A great value. I have used many times.

PLEASE MAKE THIS A 2LB TO BUY!!!It’s clean and healthy and I can have it!I have tried other protien powders and this is the best of the bestI did not taste a specific flavor even in cold water and it dissolves perfectly.I did taste a hint of salt but not a difference to hate this product .Great quality, it mixes perfect with anything and I can’t wait to try it with smoothies. I add mine to my sauces and dips and protien energy balls.There is no texture, no grit I will be buying it again! I wish they offered a larger bag of it LOL😂 thank you for an amazing product ! I like it I use it for protein shakes and to add to oatmeal. It's very smooth, blends well, great value for the price, doesn't expire until until 2026, no stomach upset. Not sure if it's really 9 grams of protein per serving doesn't keep me full like other options.update review 7/23/25I bought a scale and 1 tablespoon is only 7 grams and about 4 grams protein instead of 9gms. I have noticed that alot of the companies are doing this1 table spoon is not 15 grams. 1tbsp = 7 grams

This is a healthy way to get that protein in without worrying about added unnatural ingredients. It tastes like what it is and blended into my smoothies as well as expected. It is healthy and gets the job done.

I ordered this as an alternative to animal-based whey-type protein powders. I've tried many types and so far, this has become one of my favorites. Here are my thoughts.KUDOS: It's about $15 for a pound of this organic pumpkin seed protein powder at the time of my writing this review (Dec 2024). The powder is well-packaged in a heavy, resealable bag. The powder mixes very easily in things like plant-based milk and yogurts, with little to no clumping. The taste has a toasted nutty flavor, just like pumpkin or sunflower seeds, which I think adds an earthy but very enjoyable flavor to just about anything I've added it to. There's no lingering aftertaste of additional ingredients as this product is simply the pumpkin seed and nothing else added, no salt, no vitamins, no preservatives and no sweeteners. It's also relatively low in iron (15% daily serving) and that's something I have to watch due to a condition I have so kudos here.CONS: This is entirely subjective but some won't like the color- the powder is a light avocado green and will tint what you add it to that color. I couldn't care less but some won't find the color appealing.OVERALL: This is a clean product that seems to deliver. I def plan to order again when my second bag is done and continue to use. It's a great tasting product and I'm very pleased with the taste and quality.

This protein powder is absolutely delicious with so many health benefits. Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium and zinc. It blends well and is creamy with a pumpkin seed nutty flavor. It has no junk in it like so many protein powders do. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Not gritty. Gives me a great protein boost in my daily smoothie that holds me for hours. I haven’t noticed any particular taste, although maybe a little earthy. It’s mixed in with a number of other items and doesn’t stick out. It’s never caused me any discomfort or stomach issues. And the size is large enough that I’m not reordering more often than I want to.
