These refillable bottle allow for more capacity than refilling the once use design Coleman bottles. No more put the once use bottles in the freezer to increase capacity pulling and pulling OP side valve with needle nose piles. These Flame King bottles are bit pricey but the Coleman bottles have nearly double in price and are good for only several refills before they start to leak. For the Flame King bottles, make sure you keep the Allen wrench to open the bleed in a safe spot, it is easy dropped or misplaced. Wear gloves as the depressurized propane is very cold as you bleed out air from the bottle. Overall a good investment.

Both tanks are leaking. The small o-ring and nylon sleeve fell out of both tanks. i am using the Flame King refill apparatus to fill.Edit: I returned the defective tanks and purchased another pair as I bought the refill valve for flame king tanks. Happy to report the 2 replacment tanks are working great!

When I go camping 🏕 these come very handy. Don't have to go to the store as much. I put them on my camping stove, and camping lights. It's all ways good 👍 to have then around.

What a great idea to have these items. They came well packaged and the online video makes filling them very easy. Propane like gasoline needs special handling but if you follow directions you’ll be fine.

Great bottles, easy to refill. However the Allen wrenches that come with it and or the set screw are not of great quality and strip easily. No extra set screws come with it. I honestly have no idea if they sell them, or if they can be easily changed out. They seem to be locked in , so the set screw can not be backed all the way out by accident. Which is understandable. So the set screw doesn't become a tiny projectile while filling ; or blowing out with no way to turn off the propane bottle.

Filled these from a 20lb propane tank with the Flame King stand and fill apparatus. Watch a video for how-to and voila! A safe way to have heater or stove bottles on hand always. Tape that hex wrench back on the top so it doesn't get lost.

Great refillable canisters, you can actually fill these since they have a purge screw you can loosen until Propane escapes then tighten it up and it's full.

Fantastic. These ones are legal to refill and saves so much money. I refill them from my 20 lb. tank with the special adapter.
