Working great so far. Not very precise.

Got one for all my 3 pets. Not a single one works to track unless they're in the room. Bluetooth range is only 10 mtrs, if you close the door, it will disconnect even when it's 2 mtrs away and shows a far away location. NOT at all SAFE for PETS. Useless. Samsung smart tags are FAR better for pets, you can actually find them anywhere with smart tags. Jio tag is a waste of hope to find your pets. It will land you in many unnecessary sticky situations and scares if you have cats. Very limited function, only good as a key fob.

I recently purchased the Jio Tag Air from Amazon, and my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. When I first received the product, it turned out to be a refurbished unit already linked to another Apple ID, which meant I couldn't connect it to my own devices. This was quite frustrating, as I was expecting a new product.After realizing the issue, I reached out to Jio's customer support. Initially, there was some back and forth through emails, which was a bit of a hassle. However, once the problem was understood, Jio's support team was very responsive and helpful. They arranged to send me a brand new Jio Tag Air directly to my home address.The new unit works perfectly fine, and I'm pleased with its performance. It's a handy device that serves its purpose well. Despite the initial hiccup, Jio's excellent customer service turned things around and ensured I had a working product.In summary, while the experience started off rocky due to Amazon sending a refurbished product, Jio's support team handled the situation efficiently and provided a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate their effort in making things right.

The media could not be loaded. Upd on 26Oct2024…Till date I’ve replaced 4 batteries of CR2032.Battery backup is worst. No help from Jio after registering the complaint.Please avoid buying this or you will end up replacing battery every month.Don’t Go.I purchased a week ago and using it with my car keys.I ordered for red colour but received black colour. I keep on using it as I wanted to test it capabilities in-depth.While my car was driven by me nephew and is addressed in find my in spoke iPhone in my ID, it not even use the find my technology with my nephew's iphone or my sister's iphone while they were on car and I'm somewhere away from them.It was showing only the last connected place which is my location then I hold that key with me for while.After that no update through find my in apple and it not even connect with other some products through find my.I even shared the jio tag with my sister and nephew through find my in iPhone. But even after that also it is not working as it is tagged with my ID and showing online only the tag is near with me...Better spend a little more money and get an apple Airtag as I'm using it and it is always shows the correct location even I'm nowhere near to it.If the issues are fixed through firmware update we can consider buying it in future.Otherwise, NO for now to go with it.Don't waste the money till the issues are fixed by jio.

I received this on 28Oct2024 and the battery inside was drained out on 19Nov. Replaced with the extra battery inside the packet received.Manufacturing of the product is June2024. Even though the battery is placed from first day of manufacturing, it should not get drained within six months.

Bought this to keep track of my luggage while I travel. Not 100% real time but close to it, it does provide good monitoring of device’s location to track. ring feature is good to locate if item in close proximity. Pairing was easy through Find My application. Build quality ok ok and battery lasts good time.
