This is my first review. I’ve been a long time Amazon prime member and never felt compelled to write a review before. I highly recommend this product. Based off the other reviews I took it at night for the first time. The dropper does not have any indicators on it so I measured out 2ml which is the recommended dose. I fell asleep within a half hour of taking it. After that I started taking half the dose. Still helps me fall asleep easily but also back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night but that’s not the reason why I love this. After about 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my mood. I felt happier and ready to take on the day. The main reasons I started taking this was to help my mood. I recommend this to any moms struggling with depression or needing something to relax you to fall asleep at night. 5/5 in my book. Just ordered my second bottle to have on hand when I’m done with this one.

A miracle here! I've had trouble, not falling asleep, but waking up at 3am and not being able to fall back asleep. It was causing physical and mental breakdown. I tried EVERYTHING. Magnesiums, all of them, Tryptophan, Gaba, sleep teas, Apigenin (some success) but this Saffron blend is the king. 2 half shots 1 hour before bed-I sleep straight through the night-AMAZING-I don't leave reviews but I HAD to share this, try it out-I did not get a feee sample or anything, I want people suffering like me to get the sleep their bodies need.

Couldn’t wait for this saffron to arrive! I’ve only taken a short time, so too early to tell! Nicely packaged, no concerns, as appears tamper proof. I only wish the dropper had markings on it as I am unsure I am taking correct amount. Dose = 2 droppers. I can only get about 1/3 full! So is that a “dropper”? Is a full dose 2 droppers (at 1/3 full) OR 6 droppers, at 1/3 full each??

I LOVE this stuff ! I am a person that reads all the reviews on products before I buy them , therefore I count on them so I always try to post a review about my Amazon purchases for the next person..First I am 56 and VERY menopausal very sad , very angry , very moody!! I can’t take prescription and antidepressants cause they’re making me lose my hair so I tried this stuff and honestly from the first time I tried it it worked! Now please understand it’s not a cure-all but it sure does help , it does make me a bit sleepy , but I am always sleepy so who knows but my over all mood has gotten so much better I am keeping this in my meno- treatment for sure !!! Love it!

I do beleive this is effective. I was on the capsule form of this previously and felt a difference in my mood/energy/appetite reduction. I wanted to try liposomal as I know it can be absorbed better but the taste is so strange and strong. For the first few weeks I could deal with it but as the weeks went on I couldn’t muster up the courage to do it anymore. I wish I could get past it because I do feel this worked better than the pill form.
