Ladder is Awesome!!!
Great product but would not work for my attic…If I had a normal attic in the ceiling I would by again..unfortunately I had to return it…Customer Care was very understanding…! If I need it again will not hesitate to purchase!!

Stairway to storage!
I searched for a ladder for access to storage in my extremely tall garage and this is the perfect solution. I hoisted the base up with a rope and hung it on a screw. The lined up holes to mount it. Then hoisted the ladder by rope to set one bolt. It was tricky for one person but mission accomplished. It works as advertised.

Still didn’t try to install, but it arrived damaged and there is no support to discuss replacement of this item

Very good product
These retractable stairs are the perfect solution for climbing up to the stargazer. They can be bent and stored high out of reach of small children, preventing them from climbing up there all day. It also doesn't take up any floor space on the ground floor, helping to preserve more room for activities.

Perfect for the attic！
The design of this product is much more reasonable than my previous vertical pavilion stairs, and its foldable stretch design is very ergonomic, I recommend it to you!

Sturdy folding ladder！
I installed it in my attic and was pleasantly surprised by how little floor space it has because it folds and is so sturdy that I think it can hold over 500 pounds!
