Not a good quality supplement Ever since I started this product, I’ve been experiencing severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhoea. This is now happening anytime I eat since I started taking these supplements and I’ve been considering going to the doctor because I’m in so miserable. DO NOT BUY! I’m going on day 7 after stopping taking these pills of severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. waste of money and lots of side effects with this supplement.

ved the result, I have been using this product for a while now and trust me it does what it says. It's 100% purely organic and doesn't causes any kind of side effects and it's really effective. I'm really satisfied and extremely impressed with the results!!

I tried this supplement out at different times of the day. The first time was in the morning (an hour and a half before breakfast. The second time was an hour before lunch. It honestly didn't matter.The results were very inconsistent. The first time I tried, I felt the effects within 30 minutes. But that sharp and clean mental focus and acuity quickly turned into jitters and mild anxiety.I did like the mental focus it gave me but it lasted barely 3 hours. Repeated supplementation actually lessened the positive effects but the anxiety still remained. By the third day, I no longer experienced any of the mental agility and productivity. My workout was pretty much the same as normal. BUT, I ended up not being able to sleep properly. Instead of falling asleep at my usual 10PM, I was tossing and turning, my mind racing, all the way to 1AM. Woke up at 5:30AM feeling exhausted.Also, there were some days where 20 minutes after taking it, I would feel flushed, very similar to taking plain Niacin. I found it unpleasant.The only positives I noticed (and this was right from the first day) were:1. Glowing skin2. Almost 100% reduction in post-workout muscle soreness and fatigue from the previous eveningThis is a supplement that has not undergone much clinical trials in human models. In my personal opinion, if you already have a good diet, exercise regularly and don't have bad habits (No smoking and very moderate to no alcohol consumption), then you probably don't need this supplement.*** Keep in mind that in the animal models and the limited human studies plus numerous anecdotal reports, it is suggested strongly that whatever positive changes will reverse after you stop using this. So you have to ask yourself, are you willing to take this regularly for the rest of your life? Personally, I'm not. ***

Costly.... Price should be less , can't say about the effecr right now

Product has a constipating effect, it causes stomach discomfort, every time I take it. Not for people with sensitive gut. So I discontinued it. I can't continue this nmn supplement for long due to side effects so can't comment upon positive effects of product
