Versatile and effective crimping tool
The Haisstronica 6-in-1 I received is nicely finished and came complete with 6 chrome-plated dies in a zipper nylon case. The dies install in and out of the frame using a quick release mechanism. It's easy to use, just place the terminal into the appropriate die on the jaw, insert the wire end into the terminal, then squeeze the handles until the ratchet trips and releases the jaws (don't forget: if your terminals don't look great on the first try, there is an adjustment mechanism on the arm to fine-tune the compression force of the clamping jaws). The interchangeable dies give you options for all kinds of terminals without having to buy another dedicated tool. The frame or handles on the Haisstronica are constructed of heat-treated chrome vanadium steel, while the dies are made of plated MIM powder tool steel. Although the dies have a bit of extra slop when snapped into the jaws, this doesn't appear to make any difference in crimp quality. With good quality terminals, this tool makes very, very good crimps. Car and truck owners need a ratcheting crimper in particular, since good mechanical crimps are a necessity with the vibration that occurs in vehicles. I would definitely buy this again.

Very nice All-In-One crimper.
I was looking for a solar connector crimper, and saw this one. Price was great, and i was able to replace 4 other style crimpers hanging on my tool wall. I have tried all ends, and they work as intended.Pros:-Wide range of dies-Very easy to change dies-Tension adjustmentCons:-Case appears to be repurposed from some other use, not a great fit for this tool. It only has two pockets for dies, should have 6. Case has extra velro straps with no intended use.-Dies only have metric markings.

Keep track of the dies. The little ziplocks them organized.
You’re likely to waste a few terminals whilst you practice installs. Works well after you get used to it.

Works very well
Work very well I had no idea that they had different heads for different ends. Makes a big difference.

Well built
I was able to test it out a little as I haven’t had it that long. So far the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I would like it if the jaws were maybe colored rather than that oddly placed number idea on the jaws. Really like the jaw release system. I actually painted the jaws that I use the most so I can Id them quickly.

Customer service is no good and the product is. not durable
They started out working great I had a big job and they were doing as needed and about halfway through the job the spring locks that hold the dies in place for you to crimp started to weaken up and the dies would slip out of place and would lock up the plyers in the middle of the crimp and the force of the plyers would be stiff and due to the dies not aligned as designed, the dies would get damaged and eventually break in pieces. it caused a major slow down on completing the job and getting paid because I would have to keep an eye on the dies to make sure they didn't slide out and if and when they did I would have to stop in mid-crimp and start over. Right after the first couple of broken dies I made contact with Amazon to request replacement of the dies. At that time I just thought the material was the issue and they just couldn't handle the amount of usage I was using them for . Amazon passed me on to the manufacturer/seller which then refused to help me and told me to contact Amazon. I told them Amazon passed me to them and I only wanted to replace the dies at that time I was unaware that the plyers were the issue after I had terrible service from both the seller and Amazon I started to diagnose the plyers and found that the spring locks were weakening up and allowing the dies to slip out of alignment and jamb the crimp. After multiple attempts to get a response from both parties I have not had anymore contact other then the original passing me to the other party. I thought the crimpers were really good at first but they didn't last long and after further investigation it wasn't just the material but the product itself. The poor customer service is what changed this review from a 3 or 4 stars to 1 and it would be 0 if it was an option
