Broke after 10 minutes
Broke after 10 minutesI wrote to the company on their online form 2 weeks ago but NO RESPONSE whatsoever!Amazon in their recent way are not interested and just refer you to the Manufacturer. Really does make you realise that unless it is an Amazon Prime product you at the mercy of very suspect sales practices on the Amazon Marketplace. I buy a lot from Amazon but it is sometimes difficult to tell who the product is actually being sold by and it seems to me Amazon have a greater responsibility than they seem to recognise.

The ability to pick up rubbish off astro 5/10
Canny little machine. Ideal for bringing pile back to life by pull it back over the direction of pile. Sprinkle loads of dry kiln sand down first then pull machine back over to maintain pile. But as for collecting rubbish and leaves off astro not so good. Most of it falls back out of the collector box and doesn't chuck it into the box very good. I think a little modification to the collector and this would be a 10/10

Heavy. Noisy. Poor quality... and you have to walk backwards?!?!
Um, I found it clumsy to put together, heavy to hold and noisy to use. An additional note comes with it saying that you need to walk backwards when using it (doesn't seem safe) which just makes me feel like it was made the wrong way around. Poor quality item, emphasised by the noise it makes (comes with a Decibels (dB) warning). Paid £99, I think it feel like an item worth £20-£25 at most.

At last
This has a really good hefty feel about it. Suggesting that it's well made and robust (not some cheap rubbish). It also plugs into the mains socket so you know it has the watts to do the job. My friends with artificial lawns are envious and are asking to borrow it. It's like a decent vacuum for us lazy fake grassers.
