Amazing how much water is absorbed. Useful for any issues with damp or drys laundry quickly without having to use a dryer. Built sturdy, but is a bit heavy, especially when moving downstairs. It has a variety of settings and timer. The light can be a bit too bright if using a bed time. Not yet calculated the energy efficiency, but I am sure that it is still better than a dryer.

It is a bit noisy but that doesn’t stop me from sleeping, has worked wonders in the spare bedroom, it keeps the moisture to a minimum

Extracts more water than expected - had been advised to buy a bigger one for size of rooms but didn’t believe our home was damp which clearly must be but is discrete and relatively quiet.

It's small size is a surprise. Instructions are clear and informative. It works quickly, fairly quiet and collects moisture very quickly.I am considering buying a second unit to be near the fully tiled bathroom that produces alot of condensation that clings to the tiles and dissipates into the upper house, which I have portable units that help to reduce it.I recommend this machine as it works exceptionally well and is very efficient. For very high humidity, it is supplied with a small hose that can be an outlet to a larger container or into a drain which I have in my wet room shower area.Highly recommended.

So pleased I bought this dehumidifier as its compact yet powerful. Easy set up with clear instructions and good value for money. Bought mainly to help dry my washing as I don't have a dryer and it really does rhe job! I've also used it my the kitchen when cooking as it stops the windows steaming up. So glad I bought it.

Wish I’d learnt earlier that period houses in the UK almost always need dehumidifiers, especially in autumn/winter.Grab a humidity monitor if in doubt, find out if your room/rooms seem to stay above 60%.I bought this one along side a slightly cheaper one (think about £100). This one is worth the extra money, slight easier to empty and more features/target humidity level.Only downside is it’s a bit noisy so not ideal if you plan to use whilst you sleep, even on low.Ensure you get one with a high level float switch that turns off automatically before spilling over.Great if drying washing on radiators. I’ve become a little obsessed with keeping the humidity ‘just right’.Obviously still open the windows from time to time as you need fresh air.One thing I may consider next time is buying one with an air purifier.In summary, this dehumidifier is definitely worth the money. Don’t let the first sign of an issue be the mould. I fell down a bit of a rabbit hole getting paranoid about mould spores… Also don’t spray loads of mould killer around as it turns out that’s not great for you health either..

Smart looking and did a good job, downside is that the electric mains cable is a bit on the short side.

The first one I got is great, I don't know why I didn't get this years ago,so impressed so brought a second one however its started to make a loud banging noise somethings wrong inside, I need to know the supplier as not cheap and defiently shouldn't be making this loud banging noise from within
