Very good TV for buyers having limited budget.
I have purchased One Number acer 100 cm (40 inches) I Pro Series Full HD Smart LED Google TV AR40FDIGU2841AT (Black) through amazon on 20-02-2025 @ Rs. 15999/- WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 24-02-2025.I am writing my opinion after watching this TV TODAY 903-03-2025.My observations are as follows:1) Picture Quality 8/10. if Sony gets 10/10 & LG/Samsung gets 9/10, it is obvious acer TV gets 8/10 with limited budget / affordable price. Overall picture quality is very good. I avoid dynamic contrast off, since it makes some artificial image. Standard Mode is enough to enjoy realistic appearance of objects.2) Sound - 10/10. I think Sound quality may be best in comparison to other branded TV manufacturing company in India.3) Storage Capacity - 16 GB. I found ROM is 8 GB, but acer representative showed me in TV Manager App, ROM is 16 GB.Some buyers commented that they are cheated by acer since they found ROM is 8 GB instead of 16 GB in their acer tv.This statement is incorrect.4) lagging while operating found as found by others users / buyers are seems to be correct, but it is obvious. Since RAM is only 1.5 GB it is expected to have lag in operation. Most smart mobile phone now a days have more than 4 GB RAM. I am not bother to meet lagging issue, since in this budgetary TV we are with facilitated GOOGLE TV with Android 14.5) Value for money 9/10.6) operation of remote and TV - 9/10.7) Customer care Support - 10/10. Though while purchasing it was not mentioned that acer representative will come to attend free demo and Installation. But I received Phone call from acer representative just the day after delivery of TV. The guy came to my residence as mutually agreed time and date. his behavior is good and friendly.8) There is no issue for WIFI , Bluetooth connectivity.9) Value for money - 10/10

Excellent tv but some lagging issues
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The sound quality and picture quality of the tv is excellent. Just giving it 4 stars because of the remote controller issues. Maybe it is not able to connect with tv or there is some hanging issue; I am not sure of the reason but the TV lags sometimes. Overall, it is a wonderful product at 21000 so if U want a tv with good picture and sound quality and you are okay with the lagging issue, u can go for it.

Impressive Performance at an Affordable Price
I recently purchased an Acer TV, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its performance and overall value. The picture quality is excellent – sharp, vibrant, and with deep contrast levels that really enhance the viewing experience. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or playing video games, the visuals are crisp and fluid. The smart TV features work smoothly, with a user-friendly interface and quick access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video. The remote is well-designed and responsive, making navigation a breeze.Sound quality is decent for a flat-screen TV – clear vocals and acceptable bass. I connected a soundbar for a more cinematic experience, but even without it, the built-in speakers hold up pretty well for everyday use.

Avoid This TV at All Costs – A Nightmare Experience With Acer
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this TV in February for ₹29,999, thinking I had landed a decent deal on a discounted model. Turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong.Within a week, the TV began shutting off randomly. I contacted customer support and was advised to do a factory reset. It worked—for a few days. The problem returned, and I reached out again in April. This time, they logged a ticket, and a technician visited my home the next day. However, he flat-out refused to investigate unless the issue occurred while he was present. Since the issue was intermittent, I couldn’t reproduce it on command. He left in 10 minutes and, unsurprisingly, Acer closed the ticket without doing anything.Come mid-May, the problem had persisted, and I raised another complaint. The same technician arrived and repeated the same lines. Fortunately, the issue showed up while he was there this time. He finally opened the unit and identified a damaged IC/motherboard. A video was taken and a request for the part was submitted. You’d think things would improve from here. Think again. For the next month, I kept following up with customer care, only to be told repeatedly that a technician visit had been arranged for May 18—something that had already happened. Not a single executive thought it odd that there was no update weeks after the scheduled date. Every call was a painful loop of explaining the same situation: technician visited, IC is damaged, waiting for a replacement. Finally, after weeks of pleading, the part was replaced on June 13.The TV worked… for two days. Then it was back to its old tricks—shutting off unexpectedly. To make matters worse, now the sound would randomly cut out, and the audio and video would fall out of sync. I’m convinced they installed a used replacement part instead of a new one.I raised yet another ticket on June 22. As of today, no technician has shown up. I’m completely in the dark about when—or if—Acer plans to fix this.To be fair, the TV itself isn’t terrible when it actually functions. But that’s a big “if.” A product supposedly worth ₹80K, being sold for ₹30K, should have raised red flags. I fell for the bait.Acer’s customer service is shockingly unresponsive and completely incompetent. If you're tempted by the low price, do yourself a favor—spend a little more and get a Sony or Samsung. What you save on this TV, you’ll pay for many times over in frustration and lost time.

Affordable and the best
I recently got an Acer TV and I’m genuinely impressed. The picture quality is crisp, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is surprisingly good even without extra speakers. It’s great for streaming, gaming, and everyday use. Setup was quick and easy too. Overall, a solid choice at a great price definitely recommend it!
