I don’t write reviews because I don’t have time but I had to for this stuff. The cucumber mint is my #1 but I also like the elderflower mint.I usually drink half a can as I share with my wife but I drink a full from time to time. It definitely relaxes, tastes good, but it gives me AMAZING sleep. Even on nights where I don’t get many hours my time is efficient for my deep,/REM/light sleep ratio. I track all this with my Oura Ring. But it by far is my go to for great sleep and I highly recommend!

Delicious and refreshing drink. Perfect to replace your evening cocktail with a healthy alternative. Took one star off since it is a bit pricey.

Perfect mocktail. The taste was light, refreshing, and the best part was it is sugar free! I plan to replace my nightly glass of wine with some healthy alternatives like these to cut down on my calories and consume healthier options. I was super impressed with these seltzer and cannot wait to try other flavors!

I really like the drink. Very fresh potent ginger flavor, perfectly bubbly, and does provide a calming effect. My only problem is I’ve had to throw out 2 of the 3 orders I’ve received due to the box/ cans being covered in black mold. Not sure what’s going on with Amazon distribution but I’ll order directly from the company from now on.

I was really skeptical of this product but I had one at a friend's house and loved it. When I saw the price I thought, nope! The next day I realize I did want more so I signed up to get it on subscription. I'm spacing out drinking them so they last until my next delivery ☺ I find the flavor slightly "herby" and I love that!

I had purchased these drinks as I could always use an escape from my constant anxiety, and I already knew magnesium was good for its calming effects. The first can I drank definitely had a calming effect and made me feel like I had had a glass of wine. I had the best, most floaty, restful sleep of my life that night.But magnesium citrate is also known to help with constipation. So be cautious and stay near a toilet. I'm not kidding. Seriously.Yes the flavors are weird, the cucumber mint tastes like toothpaste. I liked the elderflower flavor the best.

Love the relaxation these drinks give you. Very calming, and a great replacement for a glass of wine. The flavor is an acquired taste, but it’s really refreshing. I’m going to try the Peach Ginger next time!
