I had plaque radiation therapy in my left eye in 2021, which left me with dry eye. I have been using these drops since then, and they really give me some relief. Depending on the day, I use them anywhere from 2-6 times a day. I recommend.

Post-Lasik, I tried this, Optase intense, Refresh Mega 5 PF, and Systane PF. If you are getting Lasik, save yourself the trouble and get this one and Optase intense for really stubborn dryness - this was the best combination out of the lot by a long stretch. GenTeal has the perfect texture to coat the eyes without being sticky or flooding them, and keeps the eyes well moisturized.

These are very convenient for dry eye use. The cap can be snapped back on which gives you at least 3 uses per capsule. I’ve been using them for years. One box lasts a long time. Recommended by my eye doctor.

Great drops for moderately dry eyes. Just wait 2-3 minutes before trying to focus on up close reading or work. The drops have to assimilate.

I have tried SO many OTC eyedrops; most highly recommended, with lots of good reviews, and on “best” lists… but they irritated my eyes (all were preservative-free) and/or were ineffective.While I do wish Genteal eyedrops were more effective for me, they have worked better for me than the rest, and are non-irritating.

These eyedrops in vials work well for my dry eyes. Sometimes they are hard to find at our local pharmacies. Happy to receive them in a timely manner from this vendor on Amazon.
