1st Order coffee came in a brown Manila envelope coffee container smashed lid open seal broke and coffee all over in the envelope.Re-ordered a 2nd one which was free! BUT AGAIN smashed lid coffee all over in the envelope and containercrushed.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Jabob's instant Cappuccino
I bought this when I worked in Germany. Loved it.To me, it is the BEST instant cappuccino, as it is not overly sweet. The ones sold in the USA are like glorified coffee flavored hot chocolate. Yuk! way too sweet.Jacobs is just right. Since it is expensive to buy this here in the USA (as compared to Europe), I put 2 heaping tablespoons in a mug of black coffee with a little unsweetened almond milk. Heavenly!

Two boxes were OK but the third one was open, the half of the coffee missing. Please send a new one and close it tightly!!!
