Five Spice Asian Blend – 4 oz

My husband and I were having the hardest time finding the spice here in Hawaii, even though it's used in so much of the cuisine. So far, I've used this and everything from hot sauces to beef dishes and it's been absolute perfection. It's not the most expensive spice so I'm sure that purists might think that it's not the best quality, but it sure works for my purposes.

Amazing product, i can't complain

One of my favorite things to eat is “Char Siu” (Chinese BBQ pork), and this spice blend totally hits the spot.I’m not sure what all the “heavy on the cinnamon” complaints were about, because the batch I got is heavy on the fennel, which I don’t care for, but it’s fine. The quality is nice, and my Char Siu turned out perfectly!The smell is pleasant, and I can smell all of the different spices in the ingredients. The bottle I got was very fresh, too, with a strong (pleasant) scent.Lastly, the price is more than fair. For just a little over $6, I got such a huge amount! However, due to the heavy fennel, I don’t think I will repurchase when I’m done. I’ll use it up, but will move on to trying a different brand.

Delicious and perfectly blended. Good packaging quality. This is perfect for chicken, fish, or beef to give your meals a sweet and savory flavor.

This was an excellent addition to my spice cabinet. I bought it to use in low fodmap recipes necessary for our daughter in law.

Love how 5 spice makes food especially chicken smell so appetizing! Love it. Would use again

Seems to have too much cinnamon taste. The last jar of 5 spice I had tasted better than this and had cinnamon but the flavor wasn’t dominant.
