PASOW 2.5'' or 3.5'' to 5.25'' SSD HDD Mounting Bracket Internal Hard Disk Drive Bays Holder Adapter for PC

Bought two of these, one to mount an SSD and another to mount a hard drive. It fits on a 120 mm fan slot if you want to arrange it that way, but be sure that you have enough extra space in the surrounding area for the sata cables and such though. I didn't and had to mod (dremel) my case a bit internally. You can use screws and nuts to secure it in place or rubber mounting screws.That's what I did for my empty fan slots and they work great in my PC case.

Was skeptical at first but figured what the heck, so I bought the bracket to convert an extra 5.25 slot in my limited mini ATX case for an SSD. Long story short, it works as intended and screws are a perfect fit. But you can't screw SSD as it's lying on the table, you have to hold it in hand while screwing it to the bracket.

Product is great for a 3.5 inch drive. But, 2.5 not so much. Holes line up great but you’ll need longer screws. If you flip it over, you’ll need a flat power cable, no end of middle. Just flat.

WHen I was looking for 3.5" to 5.25" HDD adapters, I saw this for cheap. It also said it would adapt a 2.5" SSD, which was perfect, since I wanted to stuff an SSD in my Plexbox to speed up the boot.Unfortunately, this is technically an either/or adapter. When I set up the HDD, the SSD on the opposite side was resting on 5.25" support. I had to use some foam to build up some supports to keep the SSD from touching the 5.25" support, but it was fine.This does what is says on the tin - supports a 3.5" and a 2.5," just not at the same time without finagling, but its a nice piece.

I used this to add an internal hard drive and had to use it in a modified manner and with very little room. However, this was my computers configuration and so far, it's worked out great. Description, accessories, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, color, and it matched my expectations. The product(s) arrived on time, as described by Amazon & manufacturer, it was shipped without issue, arrived within prescribed estimates, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials.

The 2.5 drive mounting screws are not long enough and barely extend a mm beyond the holes to mount a 2.5 drive. The “fixed bracket” screws were missing. I tried to use standard fan screws to mount the bracket to a 120mm fan slot and that didn’t work either. The bracket itself would have worked if it came with appropriate mounting hardware.

That was a right product for the purpose of fitting smaller disk (2.5" in my case) to 5.25 space.However, I had to return it. It was my bad to ordering 5.25 bracket instead of 3.5 I needed after all.As far as the product-wise, it was as described and delivered as mentioned. I had absolutely no issue with it at all.

It slotted right into place and appears to be holding the SSD in place correctly. No complaints.
