Fit well on my Littman Classic 2 and So much cheaper than Littmann brand.
This was easy to replace my cracked tubing on my Littmann Classic 2 with. It comes with the entire earpieces and replacement ear tips too. The eartips are soft and comfortable and compatible with the LIttmann soft tips. It is a pretty color, comfortable and lightweight. I thought I might have to watch a video to replace, but was able to just pull my Littmann bell right out of the old tubing and push it into this and didn't at the hospital I work at. I was not expecting it to come with the earpieces right on it. I will definitely recommend and reorder this if ever needed again.

Quality!
Thoroughly enjoying this. Much better than the previous tubing I bought from Amazon. Sound quality is excellent. Colour is vibrant. Easy to put on. Came with a warranty. I would buy again but I suspect I won't have to since it seems to be of great quality.

Works great!
Fits perfect and sounds great!. The tubing on my stethoscope got stiff an cracked after 10 yrs. I just order nee tubing in Hope's to save some money. So far it looks great!

Close replacement to OE - 1 notable difference from OE
Overall it is a pretty decent replacement. The value for the money is good. Length is pretty much the same and the ear pieces seem quality enough. The diaphragm housing was easier to slip on so I guess it was a good thing the stem has barbs to them. This is due to the thinner hose diameter, no doubt. During testing for BP and lung sounds, it seemed like it was good. Not as clear as my original but still better than the sprague and its clones. There is only one major difference: the tube itself is not as thick...depends on how you see that as a pro or con. Perhaps that's why the OE is slightly more clearer? The pro is that is is less stiff and definitely more comfy/lightweight around the neck. Is it a deal break? No. Would I buy it again...I lean more towards yes but it depends on how this lasts. The old one lasted through years of harsh abuse and disinfection. Only time will tell for this which I will update. I only replace my OE because the metal spring broke and the way Littmann makes their scopes, it is virtually a part of the tip arms so while you can remove the metal from the tube sleeving...the problem would still be can you find just the replacement arms/spring and how do you slip them back in.

Great replacement tubing for Littmann Lightweight II.
Worked great as replacement tubing for my Littmann Lightweight II. Easy to change tubing, just pull the bell off the old tubing and push into the new.

Great!
I use it mainly for blood pressures so it was a great replacement for my worn out Littman tubing. It sounds just as my stethoscope sounded with the original tubing, and the ear pieces it comes with for my ears great, even better than the originals I’d say. The purple is a pretty color too. For the price, the quality is great, it’s only been a few days though so we’ll see how it holds up in the long run. I had my original Littman tubing for 4 years.

Ear piece
Only issue I have with this is ear pieces don't stay on very well at all which I turn cause damage to my ear canal when one fell of as I was putting in my ears
