Truly Non-Stick and Beautiful
EASY TO WASH -- but you have to do it by hand. If you can commit to hand wash and never using oil as the base ingredient this may last you a long time. I am thrilled. It is a very generous size, but you can cook smaller amounts without a problem. Washes up by hand like a dream.

Lid handle gets hot, but otherwise great

Lid handle gets hot
My first one lasted for three years of frequent use before the non-stick got sticky.This is pretty good so far as non-stick goes, so I bought another one. The pan itself is versatile and good for frying or sauteing. We sometimes make small batches of stew in it. Heating is uniform and clean-up is easy.But the handle on the glass cover gets hot and one needs to grab a pot holder every time something needs to be added. I had been using an old cover with an insulated handle and forgot about this problem. If I had remembered, I probably would not have bought the skillet.

Cuisinart pan
Slightly heavy. Well built frying pan and came with a lid that fit. Can cook about anything in it. Worth the money. Not a flimsy pan

What An Outstanding Cuisinart Product!
We purchased the Cuisinart 12-Inch Skillet, Nonstick-Hard-Anodized with Glass Cover, 622-30GP1, after we returned a Cuisinart 10-Inch version that advertised a lid but did not come with one. We used it today and it did a great job. The larger size provides more than enough room for several ingredients at one time. It cooked with an even temperature and the lid was very handy. Clean-up was a charm. The surface was so easy to clean - just some warm soapy water, rinse, and dry. We even purchased a new Silicone Cooking Utensils Kitchen Utensil Set to use with our new skillets. My wife is very happy and satisfied with Cuisinart products!
