Good quality flour
I mix 150 grams of this flour with 350 grams of malted brown flour and it makes excellent bread which I also consider is very healthy. I make this in my bread maker and also use the same ratio when making my sourdough bread. There is nothing better than home made bread because you can control the ingredients and keep it healthy.

Great product
I love this product, but I was lucky to receive it as paper wrapping was torn and contents laid on it. I would appreciate better and safer wrapping. For content 5 stars.

No GMOs
Dove farm does not use genetically modified ingredients in their product. This is good to know.You can use it for all sorts of variety, bread pastry cake, and scones I’m sure there’s much more. Let’s get creative.:-)

My wife wanted spelt flour so told her I was ordering flowers. She loves both.

Good but expensive
This is good spelt flour and arrives well packaged.However, Asda has started selling, the very same brand, for £2.80 a bag.That’s £3.95 cheaper !!
